Any customers that have any form of medical condition, food intolerances or food allergies please be aware in our kitchen there may be traces of products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds & capsicum. cAKe Studio will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed or other items an individual may encounter while eating one of our products. We make every effort to reduce cross contamination of our products. 

No Returns or Refund Policy

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any bakery items or special orders purchases made through our store or online. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for items purchased through our store or online unless the item received damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence of the damage, and we will do our best to address the issue.

Exceptions

In the event of receiving a damaged item, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit.

For all complaints, we will investigate the matter and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
