Ordering Process

All our products are handmade from scratch in our Bakery!

Once you have placed an order for one of our delicious items, it will take a minimum of 48 hours to process and prepare your order. You will be able to pick up your purchase from the bakery after 12pm in as little as two days or on another date as requested.

Example: You place an order on Wednesday by 4:00 PM, your order will be made fresh and available to you by Friday at 12:00 PM.

Currently, we are unable to ship most of our bakery products. The mail delivery systems cannot guarantee the products to arrive in the manner in which they were packed and shipped (nobody wants smashed frosting).

Once an order is placed, we do not offer any returns or refunds of our bakery products or special orders.
